Evening Cinema: Film Stars Don’t Die in Liverpool
The film dramatises a memoir about the relationship between Hollywood actress Gloria Grahame and Peter Turner an unknown stage actor from Liverpool.  Set in 1981, Gloria is now in her 50s working in the UK.  When she falls ill she calls on her ex-boyfriend Peter for support staying in his family home where she hopes to recover.

Memory Lane Cinema Club
This new venture for Heswall Hall introduces dementia-friendly screenings.   These aim to improve the lives of people with dementia and memory loss, and their carers, by providing film screenings in an adapted environment.   There will be no adverts or trailers and the lighting will be slightly raised throughout the film.   There will be refreshments before and during the interval roughly half-way through.

Charity Race Night
All the fun of the Grand National without leaving Heswall- no queues, no car parking issues and drinks at our usual prices!
Lots of fun and all in a good cause raising much needed funds for a local charity – ‘The Wirral Fund for Children with Special Needs’ This charity provides children with very specialist equipment to help them enjoy life to the full with their families.

Opera Viva performing Cavalleria Rusticana:  music by Mascagni
This is a powerful Sicilian saga, set at the end of the 19th century, and with the Easter Hymn and Intermezzo, contains what are considered some of the most beautiful pieces of music ever written.   This will be followed by the one act operetta Prince Orlofsky’s Ball which features the characters and songs from Die Fledermaus by Johann Strauss.

Northern Rhythm Big Band
The dynamic 14 piece, Northern Rhythm Big Band, made up of many of the Northwest’s leading Big Band musicians returns to Heswall Hall, playing all your big band favourites from bands such as Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Duke Ellington and more. They will be featuring their wonderful singer Laura, guest vocalist Rob Thompson and guest trumpeter, the fabulous Clifford Ray.

Three Live Bands
