A Channel 5 TV programme 'The Property List' shown on Thursday 5th June, rated Heswall in the top 3 best locations to live on the coast of the UK! Made by Shiver Productions of Leeds, it showed shots of Heswall including the popular and trendy Los Cabos Mexican Bar Restaurant in Pensby Road.

The following day, the Daily Telegraph ran an article by Richard Savill entitled 'For coastal living, wish you were here', which again named Heswall as one of Britain's most desirable coastal towns.

A recent study, using government statistics, house prices, school league tables, crime rate, llifestyle factors and even temperature and weather information, found that Lymington in Hampshire came top and the millionaire's favourite playground of Sandbanks in Dorset was placed second, with Heswall third. The Telegraph article stated that Heswall "... has a great quality of life".

So, not a bad place to live then, huh? But then we already knew that, didn't we?
