Sheldrakes summer time barbeque is back! Savour the flavours of freshly prepared char grilled food whilst enjoying spectacular views of the Dee estuary and the Welsh Hills. Our pitchers of Pimms and Sangria, or classic cocktails provide a perfect seasonal accompaniment to your meal and are great to share with friends as you sit back, relax and allow the laid back atmosphere of Sheldrakes wash over you!

MAIN COURSE

Cheshire sirloin steak
Char-grilled corn fed poussin with garlic and tarragon butter
Pesto marinated halloumi cheese kebab
Fish of the day char grilled en paupiette
Garlic and rosemary marinated Welsh lamb rump kebab
DESSERT
Mousse Stracciatella: Layers of cocoa sponge filled with semifreddo style vanilla cream and chocolate drops, dusted with cocoa powder
Semifreddo Torroncino: Noughat ice cream topped with crushed hazel praline
Zagara - Shortcrust pastry filled with lemon flavoured patisserie cream, topped with a light sponge and decorated with icing sugar stripes
Classico (Nero) - Chocolate ice cream with a zabaglione centre, coated with crushed hazelnuts dusted with cocoa powder
