A performance of Mozart’s piano concerto by concert pianist Stephanie Howard
The hidden Grand Piano of Heswall Hall is to be re-christened by ORCHESTRA DELL’ARTE on 25th February with a performance of Mozart’s piano concerto No 23 K488 by concert pianist Stephanie Howard.
Stephanie who lives in Wirral, performed another Mozart Concerto K537, with the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain when she was only 10 and then proceeded to give many other concerto performances and recitals throughout the country.
For many years she worked with the RLPO as an orchestral pianist and through her teaching and coaching has furthered the ambitions of many students.
She is also interested in accompanying and has been the Official Accompanist for many Master Classes home and abroad and for Competitions, including several times for BBC Television's Young Musician of the Year. She has also performed much chamber music and broadcast many times.
Edward Peak will be conducting his Orchestra in this concert entitled “The Classical Era” and as well as the Mozart concerto they will be playing the very well known Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, the Marriage of Figaro overture, Beethoven’s Eighth Symphony and his short Rondino for winds.
The concert in Heswall Hall begins at 7.30 on Saturday 25th Feb.
